apple TV app not loading

We're having the same issue.  It gets stuck at the apple logo and doesn't finish loading

When I select the app all I get is the logo, nothing happens.

After receiving an email from apple I had to update my credit card details and to do this I had to change my password .

The app worked when I activated it the afternoon but this evening it doesn't move on from the logo.

Same issue for me. I've updated my software etc etc and just hangs on the apple logo 🙄

Identical issue - Q box app worked for one evening but now hangs at the opening screen.  My subscription came as part of an EE mobile contract. Is that a common denominator?

My Apple TV+ app also stuck at the logo after first use. I'm not with EE but it is a trial licence. Works fine through the smart TV app

Mines not stuck on the logo this morning, now i'm stuck in the logon log off loop! 
my free trial is with Barclaycard and works on the mini box

I have had success, after refreshing the apps and logging out of Apple TV on my smart TV, I have been able to sign into the app 😁

Same issue here Apple+ logo stuck on the screen. Come on Sky stop messing about and sort the issue out?

Same issue as a lot of members..

Trying to login via mobile, enter details on iPhone and TV refreshes with message "you have been signed out enter password to continue" no password option so I select sign on and I'm taken back to the QR code page and round and round we go.

Done all the standard things like reboot SkyQ box update all, tried iPhone, iPad and MacBook.

Any advice please.

okay so got mine working by changing to family sharing for up to 5 accounts. Worked straight away.
