XBOX one questions.

So when i turn on my Xbox one it doesnt automatically switch to that input.

And

The input in the rail doesnt show labelled as XBOX etc.

Anybody any ideas?

I have made sure that HDMI one touch is on, my apple tv works with no issues its labelled correctly and switches correctly on its own.

Thanks

@Jayboy1990 the Sky Glass takes whatever the device reports to label the input if the unit doesnot send an id in the correct format it doesnt show, some devices can some can't.

HDMI control needs to be enabled in both units this the guide for the xbox one https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/hardware-network/display-sound/hdmi-cec

Even if both are devices have HDMI-CEC enabled the control does not always work between different manufacturers kit. Most consumer electronics do work as the makers have got most of the bugs out of the system but Microsoft are a law unto themselves. If it doesnt work with both devices enabled post again and I will point it out to Sky.

Re: XBOX one questions.

@Chrisee  I sadly already went through all this, and as sky made a song and dance at the Glass launch event about Xbox being listed by name for its input im confused.

I was going to raise in the 'Lounge'.

Thanks for your help
