@Nagshead I'm afraid Sky don't allow joint names on the account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can add her as a named person that Sky will talk to if she passes the security questions. She'd be able to do most things on your account apart from cancelling all or part of it.
