Hi, I made a manual payment before my bill was due and now an automated payment has been taken, it has taken me overdrawn and I am now accruing daily charges. How do I get this payment returned?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you give Sky a call, they'll refund the overpayment within 2-5 days. When you have a direct debit in place, there's no need to make manual payments unless asked to do so by Sky, for just this reason.
