With sky 12 years no loyalty offers for Sky

I am so annoyed this morning, I was told last August when I renewed my 6 month sky sports (bear in mind I have every package under the sun with Sky) to ring in January to get a new sports offer but when I called this morning I was told there are no new offers that I already had one, if I ring back tomorrow that may change. I just don't get this, if you are a VIP customer and can't get an offer to keep the bill down but if you ring back (I am calling from my mobile and have to wait on the phone for ages so it is going to cost more money) . I asked to be put through to someone to cancel the whole lot as I'm so annoyed, but there is no one else to help!!!

@Leelo32  You're compainti g to fellow customers, there is nothing stopping you from cancellaing your services online as per the link below.  You also need to be aware Sky are under no obligation to offer better deals than you were previously on, they are a business to make money, not a charity service.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

You will need to call Sky or use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are already 'in contract' (i.e. have active discounts for a minimum term) then they don't have to offer you a new deal.  When does your current term expire?

Ok, then I would advise you call them back (or use the link above) and either give notice to leave or try negotiating a deal.
