I want to add sky sports to my package, I have followed the upgrade package route on my account but there is no option for it, I have not had my sky q box installed yet so am I able to add it through the engineer when it is installed? Thanks

Nathan

You won't be able to do anything until your system is up and running. Once I stalked you won't need the engineer to do it just follow the onscreen prompts.

But it comes up with cinema, kids, Netflix and hd to be added on just not sports

If you can't add it yourself then give Sky a call to see if they can do it for you but if they can't you will have to wait until your viewing card is activated.
