Yes but then it's stuck on the screen.. you can click the picture behind but it comes back within a few seconds.. very annoying.

 

I hope Sky can look into this and resolve it soon!!

As the original poster of this issue, I suffered this for weeks.. But only during adverts.

 

For me, I just used to click the SkyGo and the erorrs used to stack up behind it on the task bar.

 

Thinking aloud, I wonder if its because I use the "Combine" or "Group" taskbar option in Windows10.. So instead of getting an icon for each open window at the bottom, they are "grouped" together.


So for me, I just saw on SkyGo app.. And if I hovered over it I would see all of the errors stacked up.

 

If you are not combining your taskbar, it might be something to look at as this might stop the errors from appearing

 

As for the solution.. I simply have no idea.. For me it came and went like the wind and Sky offered no explanation.

Thanks and good tip to try and live with the issue a little.. 

 

I had this all through the football last night so it wasn't coming due to adverts but during the match.. luckily LFC won so it didn't spoil the enjoyment completely 😁.

However, it would be good if SKY responds on the thread to let us know they are working on a fix..?

I have been working with Sky on 2 issues... The Error message, and total PC lockups. Since the Error message stopped, I continued talking to them about my PC lockup issue..

 

They have finally time me that the "issue" will be fixed in the next release.. And now I think about it, I wonder if they are talking about the "Error Message" issue, rather than the PC lockup.
