Window appearing constantly when watching TV (HDMI1)

Hi, this window appears constantly when we watch TV (HDMI3). How to remove it? Thanks a lot.

that looks like something your TV is generating so you probably need to consult the help for your TV

Try the Display or Info button on your TV remote .

See if that will clear it
