Will not let me type my login on Disney Plus

Hi!

This is obviously going to be an easy question for someone...I hope!

When I go into the Disney+ App the cursor won't flash in the box for me to type my email to login.

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP?!?!?!

@JoJoRoss when the curser is in the box press the select button/middle button it will bring up a keyboard 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
