WiFi problem

Hi my hub lights are all green but I am having problems with my WiFi it's is running slow and some of my devices are not connecting to the hub this has happened over night it was all fine yesterday

Can you run the Broadband Test from the MySky App or using this link:
https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband

 

Then, please post your router stats, this can be done following the information in the link below.

@Apple+Watch+help Sounds like the hub has done an overnight firmware update. Shut it down for 30 mins, then fire it back up and see what happens.
