Hi my WiFi keeps dropping last 2 days can see in log DSL line connects and then around 5 mins it's gone again and doesn't come back on the centre orange light flashes to try connect but doesn't connect on the off chance it connects it goes off after a few mins again..didn't have this problem before

I keep doing the test it comes up saying it's fine on there side but no speed showing up and when I login 192.168.0.1 I can see it's disconnected and under the modem listing it's disconnected in the log then you can see it trys to get time as it show 1970 first and sometimes it finds the time and internet works for a few mins and then fails again

How many times a day does it drop?
Can you post your stats when its working it will indicate line faults in addition to the line drops as at the minute all we can see is theres no connection

Hi just managed to get it connected again I'd say it stays up for max 5 mins and goes off again and without me manually going in trying to connect it which could take 30. Mins to get connected it cuts out again

What is your minimum guaranteed speed?
If you could also run tests from my sky app and post the details in more about your connection
If the dropouts are as frequent as you say then you would be best contacting sky ireland as 10 or more line drops in a 24 hour period is considered a line fault regardless of speed
