Some brands of TV haven't implemented HLG properly.   My 2016 Panasonic has no problems with it.

hi @parky02 it does seem that some TVs are prone to some HDR drop outs

 

Please see this discussion & if possible add the details of your set up / box version TV Make & model etc to it (See the request on page 2)
