Why can't I watch the F1 race from the start?

OK, so how do you upgrade to the new software?

@Kazzamcm Check that your units sre running firmware QS005.21 or higher by going into settings and scrolling down to the bottom item. If they are not simple power the down for 30 seconds or so and reboot which normally forces the unit to pick up the latrest firmware signed fir yor account. If they are still on QS005.20 or lower give Sky a call.

Most recent firmware reported in QS006.07 but that is still to be rolled out to the majority of customers.

Still the same ! No qualifying on playlist. The highlights have a headline telling me who got pole. This is so rubbish !

Sorry to hear that. Is everyone experiencing the same or just some users? 

I went back to Q just to they resolved the issue but Sky Glass is better suited to my needs and would love to come back ASAP. 

Surely this is more that just a technical issue. It seamed to add the programs correctly for the last few races last year. Well not get in to the video / audio sync issues but things are worse now. 

anyone aware what the actual issue is??

Has anyone had a fix for this? 

Set all events from Quali to Race to Playlist but can never watch them on the same day if I don't watch live! 

Paying so much for Q and Sky Sports and F1 and I can't watch it. So frustrating!!!

I was able to watch the quali earlier so it does seem to have sorted itself out. Not sure at what point it was available but I able to watch it at 7pm.

@DanKatieArchie if you follow the instructions in the pinned post here i find you can watch F1 content almost immediately.

I reverted back to Q which is fine on the main box but I kept the Glass Tv and use a puck on it which isn't the best experience so will be happy to upgrade to Glass once again if this live event issue is now sorted? 

following the above instructions have you been able to watch the races perfectly from the release of this fix last month? And is the audio sync ok?
