Whoohoo! Glass is gone

Well guys, it's been a blast, Panther collected my returns today and couldn't be happier to see the back of it, here endeth my personal walk through the tech valley of death.

Lucky, I phoned last week and getting picked up next Monday however due to 'system' issues and them not phoning me back when promised I am currently on 4th department transfer trying to get Sky Q re instated tempted to just leave Sky all together now.

I had Q reinstated while I was on the call to cancel and return the TV and subs. I got in early thankfully and had zero issues and do feel sorry for what Sky are willing to put long standing customers through as of late.

Honestly with all the problems I'm facing I'm tempted to try get sky Q back

If you do cancel make sure they cancel Glass immediately otherwise gave to wait till Glass tv goes back before you can get Q back.

Phoned on Friday to cancel Glass which has been requested, however could not put Q back on due to system issue, promised call back later that day never recieved. Went on chat Sunday and told note on system saying call due Monday 2-3 never called and after 4 transfers and cut off finally got to right department who said nothing they can do as advisor had put a 30 day cancellation request rather than immediately so I have to call back once TV is collected to organise a new deal.

I like having things recorded not streamed. If I stream not in HD, Itv is not correct region don't think picture is as good as my LG. Think would be good product if new to Sky or in flat but for existing customers stay with Q

Same here, I have spent ages tinkering with the settings to try adjust the picture but it still doesn't look anywhere near as good as my old tv.  The new 'streaming' system is terrible, linking to bbc iplayer and itv instead of actually just recording things.

@Blandyman  Don't let them fob you off with that rubbish. Many here have got their Sky Q back immediately so I would DEMAND the same...

Oh and there could be (and have been) long delays in getting the TV collected so more reason to put your foot down now.
