Where is shopping channels

When I rang sky about sky glass I was told all the price's and cost of TV and was happy with them telling my I would still get same package as I had sky Q. So where is CNN nes and shopping channels and the other channels all gone. Wife is NOT HAPPY. Now I have bad ear ache..........

@Mick61  There are no shopping channels on Glass so I'm not sure why you have been told there is.

They aren't 'gone' because they were never there.  The issue with using words like 'same package' is that this doesn't necessarily mean the same thing to a customer service rep (who thinks of that as 'Ultimate TV' plus 'Sport' plus 'Cinema') as it does to a customer (who may be concerned with individual channels).

Same as me not happy lost lots of channels that had on sky q would never have got glass if it was explained
