Where has online chat gone?

Where has the sky online chat gone.  Used to be able to upgrade/downgrade by simply chatting online.  Can't seem to find it anymore.  Any ideas?

The online chat is hardly available due to it being a quite popular way of contacting Sky. You can upgrade via your online account or use the messaging service to downgrade.

So select "Yes I still need help" at the bottom of the page as the options will load after about 5 seconds.

Thanks.  I've found messenger, but it says an hour or so wait.  Pretty ridiculous.

That is just an estimate so just sit tight with it and see what happens if you can.
