No I can’t see it being dish or LNB. The date this started happening for me matches numerous others that have also started saying it as well!
You could report it to Sky. Nobody else appears to have...

Sky+HD for me 🤬

Well, as expected, no-one knows anything about it, but they said they were going to investigate over the weekend and get back to me.

Sky+ HD box for me too. The ‘fault’ has now started to occur whilst I’m watching the channel, and not just when I change to this channel. Doesn’t happen on any other channel that I watch or change to.

This is mine on CNN perfect on all other channels I watch

Update. Only seems to be affecting CNN HD on 506. CNN on 878 is fine.

On my Sky+HD box CNN HD (506) is the only channel that is slow to load and then regularly losing signal. All other channels show between 80-90% strength/quality so it can't be the weather or my installation. Sky must have changed something. Watching CNN in SD is a no-no for me considering what I pay Sky for HD so they'd better fix this pronto.

Same issue here on Sky + HD box, loses the signal throughout programmes and always takes a few seconds when first changed to channel 506 for it to get a signal. This is the only channel that this occurs on and started a couple of days ago.

The more of us who actually phone Sky and report this problem directly to them, the quicker it will be dealt with.
Please don't rely on Sky staff reading these forums.

Joined this forum to see if anyone else had this problem and am relieved to see I’m not the only one but annoyed that Sky and/or CNN haven’t sorted it out. It went funny on the same dates as everyone else & also the only channel affected. I will try switching to SD for now.

Sky do not own or operate the satellites they just supply the receiver you use. All Sky can do is report it to CNN so its quicker for you to do it yourself.
