When I try to download the second episode of the undoing, I get the message Download failed,

Why can't I download the second episode of the undoing? I changed the format to SD but it still won't download and says Item unavailable.

It is working for me, so if you can't download it then it is being broadcast tonight and tomorrow on Sky Atlantic at 9pm if you want to set a recording or watch it live instead.

We can't download the 1st episode...it goes to 101% weirdly downloaded but doesnt let us play it

No other shows have this issue

Sky Q I always find issues with finding programmes or downloading old ones etc...its annoying...old box was always fine

I have the same problem and cannot download the first episode of The Undoing. I can download the second episode just fine. Please help!

I can't download the first episode either. Trying to download in SD. Says download failed. No problem downloading episode 2.

If you have Sky+ you would need to delete the Failed Download, then go to the Deleted Tab and permanently delete it before trying the download again. 

Not sure if the same applies to Sky Q.

I am a new subscriber to Sky from Virgin and an really unimpressed with failure of Catch up and On Demand. Currently cannot download Episode 1 of The Unforgiving. Can see this is problem for other people so do Sky fix these issues?
