Whats not on!!!!

I've just had a look on the Sky Box sets on my Sky hd+ box and have seen that all the Uk tv box sets (Drama, Yesterday, Gold and Alibi), Nat Geo and SyFy have disappeared and you are left with basically the sky channels, stv, peacock and the limited All4 that has been available. Does any on know if this is just a temporary loss as they have changed the format?

Sky's loss of content is becoming very worrying now!

The content from those channels appears to be there as you can find it via the Sky+ app.

Thanks for your reply.How can I get the sky + app on my sky hd box? I like to download programmes onto the box so I dont use streaming services. The uktv programmes are also available on uktv play so is still available. However this loss of content is another nail in the coffin for the sky hd boxes!

The Sky+ app is installed on a mobile or tablet device, it allows you to remote record or download to your Sky HD box.

@lesley2957 The content is still there on your Sky+HD box, but you are correct in that it isn't showing in the Box Sets Tile.

For example, the box set of Traces (Alibi) can be found by Search.

This is only a guess, but I would suspect Sky is moving towards Sky Q and Sky Glass, and downloadable content. I would assume Sky consider the Sky+HD box as a legacy box now. On Sky Q, the Channels section contain the channels you mentioned.
