What’s the plan for fixing Sky Glass niggles and upgrades

So, having 'upgraded' to Glass from Q, I'm experiencing a few issues and niggles, as many of us have I guess.  I expect a few teething issues, and need a bit of time to become familiar with the differences but after 4 weeks or so it's still pretty irksome.

I would like Sky to recognise the key themes and provide some a place we can go to get advice and help, equally given it's pretty new technology what the upgrade and improvements they have planned - please god, they must have some.

So maybe there is a place where this exists, can any of the afflicted community advise?

Re: What’s the plan for fixing Sky Glass niggles and upgrades

So most of the getting to grips with sky glass is through your own exploration and learning as you go. There is a limited sky help section here - https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass

Sky also have a help playlist for sky glass on YouTube here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPlb_huaJ8U&list=PLi3p0iVJyjiiPqHzSVjGmf5DyhMj8vxsY

Beyond that you have this community for general help, sky do not publish upcoming additions unless they are pretty huge such as the Apple TV + announcement. You'll find such announcements here - https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/News/ct-p/News

Sky don't announce when and what will be included in software updates either.

But remember that all of these software issues are going to get fixed as Sky want and need glass to work for its users.

Many thanks for the pointers, the rest pretty much as I suspected, I'm sure it's just teething issues
