Sky glass say my subsription has ended

Trying to watch sky news on my sky glass and a message displays i dont have subscription

@Andy131268 unplug the TV for 30 seconds then reconnect it as that may clear the error.

@Andy131268 if it is hapoening repeatedly call Sky but I have never had that fault myself. Reboots clear memory glitches which is why they are the first line of most support scripts.
