What digits

Trying to fill the form in to buy tv it's asking for 1st 2 digits from the direct debt where I pay my bills from is this the 1st 2 digits from my bank account or from the long number on my bank card I have tried both but it says it's wrong so what other digits are they talking about I don't recall ever having this problem when I have brought mobiles from sky before
