We are paying for multi screen but only have one tv and one box only

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@murraykat thats possible. Multiscreen allows access on other devices and in older packages unlocked uhd. In certain cases it also provided a discounted sky q install. If thus no longer suits your needs give sky a call.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you watch your Sky Q recordings via Sky Go because if you do you require multiscreen for this. If you don't do this then you might be able to cancel it if you are not in a contract by giving the required 31 days notice.
