Waste of my time and patience

Having ongoing problems with Sky for a year , and I resent how they charge when you have no service , awaiting an engineer visit on Tuesday ( AGAIN) yet again taken a holiday day for , last time they were here they did not even finish the job in hand and now charging for the Whole of April and I have had no service  since beginning of March . 
My card details have not changed and they are saying my payment was declined . Now they have totally cut me off . So I can't even access recordings . 
it's time to say good luck to Sky as they are a disaster if you ever have a problem 

Why I have stayed with them so long is beyond me
