Want to get the itv channels on my sky q I have the channels. put it keeps saying a problem with my satellite signal and there isn't anything wrong

Are you in the UK and normally get ITV or are you in Ireland and manually tuning ?

I'm in Ireland and I've manually tuned in the itv channels but it comes up the the satellite signal is a problem

You may have to delete old channels first but I am not sure
