Waiting on credit refund

Hi,

 

I camcelled my Sky over 3.5 months ago and still waiting to be refunded my balance on account. Please can this be arranged?

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

  • This should happen automatically by credit to your bank if the direct debit is still in place or otherwise a cheque within six weeks of your termination date, or 3 to 5 working days if you call.
  • It would therefore suggest some issue on the cancellation so that you are prepared, have a read through the process here - Cancelling Sky TV | Sky Help | Sky.com
