Waiting for second packaging to send back sky q box as no longer with sky sky only sent a small box

I have left sky sky only sent a small box for the hub so waiting for second packaging to put the rest in please advise thank you

I'm afraid we are all just fellow customers on this forum so you'll need to ring Sky and ask for more packaging to be sent to you. Alternatively you can use your own packaging and print off your own freepost returns label from here:

@Mrs+s+goodbody  You can use any other boxes if you have any, or you would need to contact Sky to send this out.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
