Viewing card issue

My Sky viewing card won't stay in the side of the Q box and will pop out at random times and won't resit back in. Anyone help?

Hi @Kvs2001   So it doesn't "click" into place? If the mechanism is faulty then it means a new box so you will need to contact Sky. Duct tape?

No not clicking in at all, got a book holding the card in. Given it's less 6 months old I'd have expected it to have been better. I'll get onto customer services and hope to get it resolved.

Hi @Kvs2001   It doesn't matter how old it is as it is loaned by Sky. Also no need to hope as they will replace their own box free of charge. Just get watching those recordings as they will go with the box swap.

I think it does matter and for such failures to occur in less than 6 months reflects badly on the build quality of the Sky Q box
