Viewing Card no longer active

23 mins now on hold. Woke up to the Viewing card not active, I've tried the settings system info and call back says paired.cant access sky channels, on demand, recordings... Plus 25 mins on hold. Not great service. Any help please.

I've spoken to them and 3-5 days for a new card. Worst thing is now the paired box won't work due to card and this is in the room of my dementia suffering father.

 

He's been so distressed this morning as he can't see sky nature which he watches, it helps to calm him. I have 3-5 days of repeatedly explaining and reassuring.

 

Amazing can get me something by tomorrow... Sky 3-5 days. Its 2021 and they are so behind its shocking.

The lovely optimistic chat person... "Oh they go out next day,  you'll  most likely have it tomorrow" "on a Saturday" I said.... Wish they wouldn't come out with a load of bull and false information.

Have you turned your main Q box off at the wall for 30 secs, then back on again and let it reboot fully. Then do the same with the mini box?

We spent a hour booting, u plugging, removing carsa etc.

 

I've spent 3 days now with a very upset dementia sufferer.  No card as of yet. They really need to have a better way of doing things.

If it is only a mini box that does not work and the main box is OK I doubt if it is the card unless it is only a problem with BT sport which may require a separate registration for the mini box if you pay to BT.

Both boxes out. All channels gone.  However, Card arrived 1.45pm yesterday. 

 

Four days.. Shame they don't dispatch better.

I agree.. Amazon next day.. There's a lesson to be leaned. The compensation would of paid for a next day delivered.

I suppose Sky could offer a next day courier service, if it was reported on the 3rd and delivered on the 6th it's a standard weekend Postal time really. Hopefully all

sorted for you now.
