Very slow broadband speed

Hi all

The last 72 hours broadband speeds very slow, especially the upload which is less than 1 mbps, have done all the troubleshooting solutions without sucsess, below are the stats....

Can anyone help.

Your stats show a good connection at 79mbps down & 19mbps up

Can you post a screenshot of a speed test taken on speedtest.net using a device connected via ethernet?
