Various Issues on Sky Glass

I've had Sky Glass for 1 week and I'm still experiencing several different issues - mainly - Technical Error unable to find channel, voice control working / not working, Netflix buffering and the motion sensor has never worked.  I can't be bothered fannying about re-booting everytime there's an issue - anyone with any ideas?  Thanks

I'm afraid you have 2 options.  Continue fannying about with constant re-boots until they fix all their issues, or send it back.  I don't believe there's a 3rd option.

If you don't reboot then the issues won't all go away, a reboot generally fixes most issues.

I would also look at how your Glass devices are connected?  Are you relying on wifi?  Is the wifi signal strong enough for the Glass TV etc.  Have you tried thernet or powerline adaPTERS?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
