Using Formula 1 App to access Formula 1 Live events(2)

Hello,

Over the week end my husband wished to view the F1 Live event using the F1 APP to access the Live events.

JUst a not our account a SKY VIP and the Formula 1 App is set up with neseccary subscriptions, but what ever was tried it the F1 app failed to allow the Live event to be proadcast to his device and yes we were both in the UK.

~Two Question come to mind in regard to this problem. 

1. Can we assign a totally separate email account to the account in order to share the account facilities.

2. As SKY is the chosen contractor to FI i am assuming that the app suites the same user id and password as if you are signing to to your sky account.???

Are you talking about this F1 app @Hawann because if so this app has nothing to do with Sky as it is run by F1 themselves:

OK, Let so forget the whole issue in regard to the FI/Sky issues.......

The other unanswered problem is surelay the resolsobility of sky to answer....... Can we have a second email assigned to the same SKy account? Which will have totally similar functionality to the other Sky account holdeer?
