Sky GO log in error

i have just signed up but when logging i to SKY GO it shows me an error message saying "sorry something went wrong there is a problem connecting". I have full 4G coverage so unsure why it wont allow me to log in

Does it work if you connect to a Wi-Fi connection instead ?

We're also having the same issue whilst logging into our iPhones, either on wifi or 4G. Can someone please advise as we were told we could watch our package using the apps well before the installation was completed.

There's a bunch of new subscribers having the same issue, it's a Sky issue not an app or wifi problem.

For the quickest tech support call the helpline and tell the voice assistant that you want to cancel. You will get striaght through to support.

I cancelled mine aftyer wasting 6 hours of my life trying to get it working.
