yeah, youre right, it is G. Fast I am getting as Sky have just confirmed it, but checking back through emails it says the engineer is coming to fit an ONT in my house on Monday. so that doesn't seem to make sense as I assume that's for FTTP.
thats what has confused me.

I know it won't happen automatically, I wondered if it could happen at all, or if I had to wait till I finished my contract to change packages?

When that link i gave you shows wbc fttp available then you would need to contact sky for the fttp ultrafast 500Mbps
