Upgraded to sky signature

Upgraded to sky signature now it's saying I don't have subscription for tmc or Sony movies but I should do as they are included..?

Sony Movies is a free channel so you should be able to access this but you do need the basic Signature package for the TCM channel so when did you upgrade, was it today ?

Upgraded on Friday ... used to have access to both these channels now it's saying I don't have the required subscription

Try pairing your card to your box:

 

Make sure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted into the box.
Press Services on your Sky remote
Press 0, 0, 1, Select (setup should now be highlighted)
Scroll across to New Install
Press Select twice
