Upgrade

  • I need to get in touch with sky to upgrade my package... I'd prefer live chat, but app just takes me round in circles... what's the best way to contact

although the link is about cancellation there is a messaging service that should be able to help with upgrade

@Stevie1  You can also contact them here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave  There is a message us option.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
