Upgrade

My mobile credit agreement says it's up today but the app won't allow me to upgrade any ideas?

Hi @Melissamc01  try clearing your cache or use a different browser, if it's still the same then phone sky and they will do it for you. Call on 150, ignore the messages and don't hang up, when asked why you are calling say "technical" and you should get to speak to someone.

Sorry @Melissamc01  just re read your post, if your credit agreement is finished, you can't upgrade, you simply place an order for a new phone, choose the I don't need a plan option and put your current sim in when it arrives.

Ah so I still keep my old sim? But order a new phone? The new phone I want comes with a better sim deal so would I just purchase a brand new phone and sim deal?

If you do that you will get a new number @Melissamc01 as you can't port your sim internally on the network. You can order the phone and ask sky if they will put the new deal on your old sim or you will end up with two plans. If you are happy to get a new number then place the order and cancel your old one.

If I have paid off your phone in full then you can not upgrade it because at this point the phone belongs to you so you can only upgrade while you are still paying for it. You can order yourself a new phone if you want.
