Explain bill payments

I have looked at my bill that is due at the beginning of next month. It says credit carried over is £150+ but then my estimated total is -£23.

can you explain this please?

@Chloepink  You are not talking directly to Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum, you'll need to call them to discuss your bill

The credit has been used to pay your bill and afterwards you might still be in credit. If you could post a screenshot of the bill (but blankout your account number) we could take a look at it for you.
