Updating payment method not working

Hi,

Is anyone aware of a current service issue?

 

I am looking to update my bank details. It is a Chase account and has a standard 8 digit account number and 6 digit sort code. I have swapped several DD's today, so I know it's not an issue with account.

I get an error message saying 'we're working on it'

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If you can't update it yourself then give Sky a call to see if they can do this for you.
