Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis level of stalling is unacceptable when sky have been saying don't send back as the issues you're having are being addressed by a software update that never arrives.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe've been asking for ages to have transaparancy around updates but we just get blanked. It's becoming frustrating and Twitter help say one date, sky advisors on phone promise another it's getting to the point that customers sit in limbo waiting for something that may or may not come.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe powers that be have never published details on fixes or when they will happen, this is the same with Sky Q. They never did this in the early days of Q and Glass is no different in that respect.

The epg website was always very helpful and a shame when it stopped, but as I understand it was just a member of the public that did it as a hobby.
