Unauthorised Payment
I recently paid my overdue sky broadband bill and my service was reconnected. However I have been charged an extra £45:00 to my credit card. Why has this unauthorised payment been charged???

Re: Unauthorised Payment
@Festivals
You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This is primarily a forum for customers to help other customers. We obviously have no access to your bill. Seems a bit steep for late payment fees. Does your bill not explain what it's for?
