I have a new sky q box for tv but am unable to remove thumbnail (inset) picture in top left. How do I get to full screen please. I've tried everything

Hi @Kll982
When you turn the TV on with the standby button after a very brief pause, press the Dismiss button (left of Home button)
By the time the Q box comes on it will be on full screen last channel.

If you are talking about navigating from the Sky Q home screen to watching live TV, hit the Back key on your remote located next to the Home button.
It might be worth having a read of the Sky Q help pages online for all the remote functions and by clicking on the link under Your buttons, all explained here;

That's been a fairly frequent comment since Q was lauched in 2016, but Sky have been disinclined to change it so far, which I'd suggest makes it fairly unlikely now.
