Unable to access my accuont through firefox

I am getting this error message today,  Anyone have any ideas:

 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/signin/7b613a2768747470733a2f2f7777772e736b792e636f6d2f6965272c623a276874747073..." on this server.

Reference #18.779ad817.1625049488.b3840e9

 

Did not have this issue prior to today. Can get in through Chrome but prefer firefox

@Harriett139  Have you tried a different browser?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you read the message i said that i had but i would prefer to use Firefox. the issue is with firefox. I have cleared the history and the cache.

If you can still access the website via Chrome, it does indeed point to a problem with Firefox. Perhaps their support will be able to help.

Have you checked that it is not any add ons you have installed that could be causing this. Try disabling them one by one to see what happens
