Two different styles of EPG, why?

  I bought a new tablet this weekend & when I went to add the Sky online EPG to my bookmarks I was met by an EPG I did not recognise, it is completely different from the EPG I have been using on my laptop & it is completely useless. Can anyone tell me why this is so? I will try to add screenshots of the different EPGs.

  Why does it say on here that I can expect a reply within 70 minutes & yet 23 hours later I'm still waiting?

As you know this is essentially a customer community. The time you can expect to wait for a reply is an average, based on responses to other queries. Some posts will receive a reply quickly, others may take longer. Naturally there's no obligation on any community member to provide any reply.

  @Mark39 Well, if ignoring posts on here is what it takes to become an Oracle, I should be an Oracle by now. What a rubbish reply, saying there's a good chance I won't get any reply at all. The main reason for this forum is to be able to get replies for issues or questions customers may have about Sky. This used to be a good forum, gone downhill a lot lately. At least I know where not to come if I have any other questions.

I have just loaded the Sky website on my iPad and see the same as I do via my PC so have you tried clearing the browser cache on your tablet or checked to see if the same is happening on a different web brower on the tablet ?

  @caesarome  I really shouldn't have to clear cache yet, I've only had the tablet for 4 days. My tablet is a Samsung btw. I could try using the Samsung Internet browser & see what happens, I'll give that a go later.

What browser were you using on the tablet as I use Chrome as that is loading it fine for me.

  @caesarome  I was also using Chrome. I have no idea what that EPG is that I found, never seen it before.

Seriously? 😁 It obviously means nobody has to reply. Doesn't mean they won't.

  @caesarome  I have tried the Samsung Internet browser on my tablet & I get the same EPG as I do using Chrome, the useless one. I have to click on each channel individually & then scroll to see what is on for future dates. The really good EPG on my laptop ( Acer, also using Chrome ) shows me 8 channels at once in 4-hour blocks. Hate to think how long it would take me to do what I do on a daily basis on my laptop if I were to use my tablet instead.

I think I can see what is happening but do not know why. I have loaded the page up on my mobile with it's smaller screen and now see this version so for some reason your tablet is loading up the mobile version and the fullscreen/PC one.
