Pausing in what sense? Whilst downloading? During playback?

I've not had that happen. Is it on one particular movie? Maybe try deleting it fully from Recordings and re-download it to see if it's a problem with the master file at Sky's end, otherwise it could be a box problem at your end.

Happens on all uhd content pauses for less then a second but like all the way though the movie.But it's fine in HD format.

Have you done a full reboot of the box?

Yes and reset box as well.

Might be time for a new one then. The hard drive could be struggling with a bad sector or something like that.

Getting new box looks like my Sky Q box is faulty.

getting Pixelation on HD format and mini box having errors as well.
