I'm trying to watch Available Now TV programmes but they are telling me to upgrade. I don't know what to?

Do you have the HD add on - this often is the cause as HD is not included by default but the default download quality is set to HD not SD

If you do not have HD then you probably just need to change your download preference to SD

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
