Tv with sky ps5

we are having problems contacting sky. Please try again later.

 

hold the ps button ay quit the app 

 

why am I getting this I have re installed app

Try deleting the registration for the PS5 here:

https://secure.sky.com/device-management

 

Delete then reinstall the app as it should ask you to sign in again.

I can't even get to the sign in bit so it can't be an account issue. Have retinstalled thanks for message
