Trying to watch Sky F1 in UHD using the Puck

The Pucks are a pile of junk. How come a £40 fire stick can stream 4k so well and with a sky glass puck we can't watch a single F1 race properly. Sky you need to fix this or stop charging the full UHD / multi room costs. It's not fit for purpose!! 😡

so frustrating as it works fine on the Glass TV. Not perfect still seam to get the odd stutter. I'm hard wired everywhere with 290 Meg download speed so it's all the Puck's issue. 

I've tried changing the sound options and multiple restarts. The picture is fine just 4/5 seconds behide the picture. 

like someone else mentioned the commentary is taking about the first corner and I'm watching the lights go out. 😂😂

Was a early adopter to HD & Q so have been through all this before. Do know why I do it; Who else is the same?

@steviel247 had similar issues with my main TV running off a puck so I had to watch the quali yesterday on my Glass TV. I am not sure what the issue is but the coverage from Qatar was fine but last week and this frames dropping all over the place. The Glass has an identical data connection and is fine.

I started to watch Qualifying in UHD yesterday on the Puck, but gave up and had to switch to the HD channel. Yes, I could watch in Sky Glass, but the Puck is connected to my better TV. Really disappointing

Same here @phillipspd  I had invited my Dad over today as he's a huge F1 fan but doesn't have sky so is left always watching the Ch4 show. Would really want to sit in our lounge with the bigger OLED but embarrassed that the puck will start mucking around. So do I A.  sit in the sunroom with the smaller Glasss or B. tell him CH4 is now showing the final live and to just say at home? 😬

first world problems and all that I guess. 🙈 Just disappointed it's as poor. Maybe the Hardware just isn't up to the job? Time will tell.

Good news for me is, I only have the Sports Channel for the F1, so later today I can cancel the subscription, saving me £25. Hopefully the Pucks will be sorted in time for the 22 season

Same here, was on the old legacy package before and didn't need Sports.! Their phone line will be busy tomorrow! Lol.
