Hi The BBC channels disappear, I have turned everything off and back on again still no BBC, it comes and goes for no reason obvious to me, I also have sky go on my iPhone and don't have any problems with it. My recorded programs are unavailable, even with everything else working the message says "cannot find q box" it's very frustrating, can you explain why im having this problem please.

What device is this happening on and when you say you have turned everything off and back on again does that include your Sky Q box ?
