Trouble with receiving e mails from a single source

I have had problems with receiving e mails to my sky account from someone who has changed his account to a gmail one. I have added him to my contacts list and flagged him up as a VIP but still he can only e mail my me account and not my sky/yahoo account. The e mails are not appearing in my junk folder on my Mac either.  

 

Is there anything else I can do?

If he isn't getting a bounced back email to his account then have you logged into your online email account to see if they have gone to the spam/trash folders here:

@romseyredhead  I can't see it being a Sky Email issue, if you're not getting emails from 1 person it would suggest they have an incorrect email address for you?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I can assure you that they have my correct e mail address - the issue is that they are also replying to me and the mail is not getting through

Have you checked for receipt by accessing your email via a browser, rather tnan any app or client?

Thank you - it had never occurred to me that the junk folder online contained many items which weren't flagging up in the junk folder on my Mac!
